ABOUT STACKS
Like any other friend group, we got together to discuss whatever was happening around us. With that came the idea to give voice to the themes that we saw lacked representation, and that is how we started brainstorming about what we could do. As there were so many subjects, we realized that it would be impossible to represent everything in just one collection. So we decided that each would highlight a theme in order to give it as much attention as possible.
The name of the brand came right after this. We wanted a title that represented several things at the same time – problems, criticisms, solutions, and activism. After hearing the word “Stacks” in 2019 in a song by an artist close to us, we knew it was the perfect name for our project.
At STACKS we believe that everyone can make a difference and that starts with us. For that reason we will donate 1% of every purchase to a cause that is related to each collection’s theme.
ABOUT CHARDONNAY
CHARDONNAY aims to represent themes such as the problems of nightlife, false friendships that come from money, luxury and ostentation.
The meaning of the word chardonnay comes from a grape that is used in the making of chardonnay. Champagne, which is the symbol of the collection. Being the symbol of the collection connects all the themes mentioned above.
All the pieces and campaigns were designed to represent a symbolic message through our bottle. From the chromatic palette used to the story told through all the content created in the campaigns.
ABOUT NASTY
NASTY is our debut collection that
aims to highlight the issues that we believe make the world a darker place.
As our first collection, we want it to represent the majority of topics that are considered taboo or looked down upon in society.
At the same time, NASTY serves as an introduction to the brand's values, uniting the collection and STACKS' ideals, and this is represented in one of the pieces.
